Should I update the way patrons are credited in my videos?

Under the current system, anyone who is currently pledging $5+ (no matter if they already paid or not) is credited in the video description of my videos, and everyone pledging $10+ per video is credited at the end of the video itself. This gives more incentive to people who have the means and the intention to support me more substantially, but it can also be exploited to be credited without actually pledging anything by simply retracting the pledge at the right time.

Under this possible new system, as seen in this video by Spirit of the Law, there would instead be a list ordered in decreasing order of everyone's lifetime pledges. This way, everyone's support, big or small, will be noted (until it becomes unmanageable, but I don't see that happening anytime soon). But also, particularly generous people will have a special mention at the top of the list. I would still keep the 3 tiers, but the Tiers 2 and 3 might not have anything special for a bit. In the future, as my Patreon grows larger, this would be subject to change, as I might have more use for Patreon polls or maybe even access to portions of videos during development to give feedback, this sort of stuff. These would be made available for higher pledge tiers should they become a regular thing.

You could consider turning on charge up front on Patreon. I'm not sure how that works with per video system though
