He understands this is all hard on his uncle, and doesn't really think he was lied to, but rather worries that others will be hurt by his own actions. If Hans comes out as bi, everyone, including his somewhat ex, will feel like he lied to them. His poor uncle is just caught in an internal struggle-storm.
