You don't "age" bones till they get fixed, lol. I assume you meant "de-age", still hypothetically speaking, you can't de-age dead or missing cells, her power doesn't turn back time per se, it just works with the body's biology, so if you're missing a chunk of your body, it won't come back. As for the aging process, it works with your possible futures, but as we know, as certainty of death increases, you have less possible futures until only death is the future you're left with.
