That question at the start is an interesting one, I'd like to see actual data on it though (statistics), since the amount of matches I've seen on TV is limited. My gut feeling tells me it would be that all 4 (IQ, technique, speed, and power) can win matches if their levels are high enough, even individually, though having more than one does probably help a lot.
