Hello, manager Kitty here. Non-seasonals all go to polls if enough people have suggested them on discord, YT, Twitch, and Patreon. Also the mod's recommendations go there. I am in charge of making the poll based on all the candidates from those 4 sources, and you're the first one to suggest Amagi Brilliant Park ever. Allona sometimes bypasses the polls and reacts to what she thinks is interesting. If you can do a proper pitch to her, maybe on a stream, who knows? No promises. Personally though, I'm slightly interested, since it's by the same author of Fullmetal Panic.
