Since there are currently 3 choices with 14% votes and 1 with 16%, it will go to the one with most FPP Tier votes in it... or more people could come and vote and change the outcome. (And to be fair Madhouse is still around, it just set em back a fuckton in the early 2000s. They just made fieren or w.e which aint my taste but it's poppin so)
