Yhwach auswählen only targeted mixed blood quincy. Uyru father and grandfather are both pure blooded quincy which is why they weren't hit by it. As for ichigo and his sisters they likely didn't get hit by it due to their quincy powers being dormant. Also a quincy Schrift is a unique power in the form of a letter bestowed to all stenrritter that drink Yhwach blood. Idk why that wasn't translated
