So that happened…
Added 2023-06-03 02:45:06 +0000 UTCIt actually feels really amazing to be out as trans now. The comments that yall are leaving are incredible. It's so amazing to see how just my words have been able to touch so many people. I'm so happy to publicly be a part of a community that's so loving and thoughtful. So yeah... Thank you.
Now that I've shared some thoughts on gender and stuff, I wonder what topics you would all be interested in me touching upon. They don't even have to trans or gender related, but as you can see, my channel is taking a turn that I think opens the door to interesting tough conversations. I've been throwing this idea around in my head to talk about self-diagnosis & neurodiversity, in a way that connects to critical studies in neurodiversity that touch on gender and transmedicalism. There's also tons of topics related to gender and "the trans debate" that I could cover but they've been discussed to death. Unless there are some other popular conversations you find unsatisfying?
There are so many conversations online that are talked about to death but in ways that leave many people alienated... To the point where people feel afraid of saying what they really think. And I dont mean this in a "we need to let bigots speak!" type of way, but I think there's often assumptions taken for granted in left wing spaces that some people genuinely don't understand, and are afraid of questioning for fear of being labeled "X phobic or Xist". does anyone think this is true? Where should our conversation lead next?
Thank you all for being such a great audience and thanks for all your support <3

i wanted to say that i loved ur coming out video, esp bc so much of ur transition timeline aligned with mine -- born the same year, came out the same year, started t a year apart -- but living in the uk i had an almost opposite experience in being Very Out from 15 to 22 and now being in a position where, with the rapid and scary changes in public perception of and legislation surrounding trans people, i'm having to consider going stealth when i start college later this year. so much of your video really resonated with me and i'm so glad you're in a place where you feel comfortable talking about it and keeping a conversation open despite how tense things are getting lately re future videos, i think talking about neurodiversity, self diagnosis, and the connection between queerness and neurodivergent identities would be really interesting and very helpful. also, somebody above mentioned talking about accessibility at pride, which i think would make for a really interesting video & continuing conversation -- as somebody neurodivergent and physically disabled, i've been becoming increasingly aware in recent years how inaccessible pride events can be and it's definitely something that could benefit from being talked about more if that's something you're comfortable discussing it whatever you choose to make, i'm very excited to keep watching -- i've been around a few years now and the change in your content has been great to watch

I'm ace/aro, and I've had some internal questions for a while about how neurotypical I am, especially after hearing those are categories with heavy overlap... I'll be excited for whatever you cover, even if it seems like a well covered topic, because some of what you said in the last video felt instantly familiar, but I really haven't heard anyone else talking about.
