Through this unique circumstance, Grisha is seeing through Eren's vision as if he was really there enabling them to interact in real time.

What they are suggesting Eren is did/doing/ going to do makes 0 sense if you take a look at the story. You are correct to say he absolutely has the blood on his hands including Sasha. Everyone will feel the way they wanna feel at the end but please buckle up absolute nose dive story wise from here.

This is why Eren was able to see Grisha's memories after this power (unknowingly) activated for him near the end of Season 3. It was also hinted at during the last few episodes of season 3 when Kruger (the Owl), who had the Attack Titan before Grisha, knew about Mikasa, Armin etc. before they were even born and went "Wait, whose memories are these?". And now it's revealed Grisha got glimpses of Eren's future memories, including Eren egging him on to kill the Reiss family.

Everyone forgets that Zeke was only put into that position because the military was on them already and actively investigating the group and the owl. If they were caught before Zeke turned him in, zeke and his grand parents would have suffered the same fate.
