I reviewed ARC Raiders. A good tool for players to make their own fun, but only when fun is what they choose to make. Otherwise, it's a very mediocre and tedious shooter that compounds its lack of originality with AI bullshit.

*only extraction shooter i love. Dark and Darker has a cool setting but the same problem with lots of looting, over-gearing and necessary wipes.

2025-11-17 15:24:11 +0000 UTCI was originally interested but having watched the game quite a bit being played by various streamers, your review reflects exactly how i feel about Arc Raiders. Hunt: Showdown is the only extraction shooter (not looter) because it has only a tiny bit of looting, players are clearly there for fun PvP shooting and there is no defensive gear, which makes everything pretty balanced. Also the best setting and weapon handling for my taste.
