This is also the same news that wanted to be retracted by the government because they don’t want people to know a Crlstial Dragon was killed in Marijois... But it was actually Charlos who killed Donquixote using Kuma and Sabo tried to stop it because he didn’t want Kuma to kill anyone but it was too late and Sabo was framed for it. People are confused because Shirahoshi says vive but what actual news is about Alabasta. Alabasta no longer wanted to be part of the WG just like Wano.

He was trying to rescue who was under control of Charlos. Charlos was complaining to his dad that the Celestial Dragon Donquixote just whoop him. My theory is that Charlos sent Kuma to attack Donquixote and kill him. It all happened and since Sabo tried to rescue Kuma he was seen and frames for Donquixote’s death because that’s what a revolutionary army would do in Marijois, or at least what people in the WG would think. It is also what the government wanted removed from the papers since they won’t the world to know that a Celstial Dragon was killed in their homeland because it would make them look weak. The crying showed was tears of joys that Sabo was alive but are now worried because he is now the most wanted person in the world for “killing” a celestial dragon. Then you saw the scene with the RA of how shock they are, they know that Sabo wouldn’t have killed any Celestial Dragon but this would be seen as a declaration of war against the WG. I bet you that Sabo escaped with the SH alliance that was there during the Reverie and they got involved in all of the actions. As for Alabasta... it’s not Vivi but Alabasta is what happened... and I guarantee you that the crying was trying to misdirect... because I bet Alabasta actually deflected from the WG and many soon will follow. This begins the rebellion against the WG, each nation that deflects will be the ones that will ally with the straw hats before they attack the WG.

Last time we got a title like that was "Fifth Emperor". Now, imagine the next episode, which Oda could only call "Ultimate". TOEI is pulling out all the stops for these episodes in 2021!

The Blackbeard pirates had their chance at Dressrosa – and failed. It could be a much bigger threat: We know that Pluton lies somewhere in Alabasta. And we know that Blackbeard's hobby is researching history so maybe he has a clue...

Theory TIME: First news story: I believe the person who died was King Cobra (Vivis Dad), and they (the world govt) took him out. The reason being Cobra was saying he wanted to ask the Gorosei about the one thing your not allowed to ask about.... THE PONEGLYPHS! Look what they did to Professor Clover on Ohara. “Ohara has learned to much. Kill them” That would explain why everyone in Alabasta was crying. That’s probably the story the government wanted covered up; that Morgan’s refused to do. Plus, I believe the information King Wapol was calling to leak about was in relation to what he knows about Princess Vivi and her connection to the strawhats, which would make Vivi WANTED and could provide a pathway to her rejoining the crew. I mean Oda does list her as a straw hat crew member in the data books. As for the thing with Sabo, I believe that was the second news story Morgan’s mentions: the murder attempt. I don’t think everyone is crying because Sabo is dead but rather he’s (1st option) been blamed for Cobras death or (2nd option) has been captured. Blackbeard did mention after Wano Act 1 that Sabo and the other Revolutionary Commanders on the fourth day of the Reverie battled with Admiral Fujitora and Admiral GreenBull. They were trying to save KUMA so maybe they got caught and that’s how that fight started? Also side note; it’s been a while since the episode aired but when we were first introduced to Orochi he was talking with Cipher Pol Zero about trade between them and Wano. The agents wanted weapons that were being manufactured on Wano. They probably were dealing with Doffy before, but since he was taken out by Luffy they had to go negotiate directly with Orochi. And Orochi said he wanted Dr. Vegapunk in return for continued business. This makes Doffys speech on the navy ship (after he was captured at the end of Dressrosa) even more crazy. Doffy did say by taking him out (as the Head Broker of the Underworld) that it was mess up the “balance of the new world” and cause a massive war. Clearly, he wasn’t just the middle man for Kaido and other pirates but the World Government too. As for what Blackbeard is going to take? I don’t know. Lol Anyways, just some theories considering everything that just happened.
