"I have gay friends" trope is coming up a lot when trying to justify anti-trans stuff that is obviously copy pasted from The Daily Wire or LoTT sensationalism and propaganda. They are capitalizing on the general ignorance of transgenders and trans issues. Especially trans and non binary youth. Visibility is the key to dissolving this ignorance and I know to this whole crew here you all didn't ask to be put in this positon, but being your authentic selves and going through it and sharing your stories and your lives is helping to directly counter the BS.
