And also completely baffling since it was added for the re-release (I wonder if it was the marketing company? Clearly someone thought they were doing a version of the 2B butt achievement without thinking “hey maybe this is bigoted”). What’s worse is that character’s gender is treated as defacto in the actual story — even when describing her being misgendered and bullied as a kid, the actual prose uses her proper pronouns. In fact, one of the things I love about it is that the heart of the story are your two party members, an intersex woman and a gay young man. It’s super frustrating that they added such a gross achievement.
