Jim, just want to say that I just purchased Ikenfell. I have never heard of it before you listed it, but I am trash for queer content, so cheers!

I originally fell in love with Bastion when I encountered their soundtrack on YT. As a musician, I find it to be full of love and brilliant storytelling to boot. Eventually I got around to playing the game and was absolutely floored by the way the soundtrack was woven into the game narrative, like the music was coming to life. Plus I could actually play the game as someone who is Bad At Games. I'm excited to see that they're continuing to develop with care, and can't wait to try out Hades.

Thanks Jim, I just bought Hades based on your recommendation and the fact it’s a company that seems to be operating ethically. It’s not quite my type of game (although - honestly, I’ll play just about anything) but I’ve enjoyed the hour I’ve sent on it this afternoon and I’m sure to return to it. Most importantly I like to support companies that are doing the right thing - it would be great to hear more about others that are operating this way (might be a short list?!?). You’re a wonder, a breath of fresh air. All the best for the coming year.

Thank you for asking! Jim Sterling will still suffice for now, my pronouns are they/them.

I’m incredibly late to the party. What are our wonderful boglin-loving, AAA-holding-to-account, top-hatted host’s name and pronouns? I don’t to deadname even if it’s written above the video.

A wonderful selection, as always!

If they fixed the damn bugs with wastelands 3, it would be my goty. It was better XCom mixed with much better fallout. But those bugs. It fixed the worst problem that xcom has where it gives you a 99% and you miss. Here, you fire 5 bullets at 99% and they probably all hit. It makes for a much better feeling game and one that is much more predictable.

Okay.

Aww I was hoping Tell Me Why had made it. Excellent story and trans+queer rep.

Check mate uno reverse AAA, Hades doesn't have crunch! Thank God for Sterling!

I really wanted to like SOR4 after spending so much of my childhood on 2, but I got old and slow and the game kicks my ass on the LOWEST difficulty Linear time is garbage
