Hi Jim. I just realized that at the end of this year, literally every Youtube channel will be making a Games of the Decade video (if they haven't already). So much has happened since 2010, from user-made video content and streaming platforms becoming more accessible to the public, to the beginning of a new generation, to both the life and death of the Wii U. Time's arbitrary, but there's no avoiding how people will remember history in decade-long chunks, and we'll probably remember a lot of the bullshit when we do it. My super optimistic question is: what do you think are the most heartwarming moments in gaming this decade? (My go-to ones are Pokemon Go's social impact at launch, AGDQ, Twitch Plays Pokemon as a cultural phenomenon, Hbomberguy's Konkey Dong stream, Undertale, and any instances of developers leaving big publishers to self-publish their own passion projects)

Hi Jim! Big fan of your work from back across the Atlantic. As a kid of the 90's I was hugely into POG's and had buckets of the things. Just curious; did you play the actual game or did you just collect them? And did you, or do you, have a favorite POG or slammer from those days? Mine was this huge, heavy fucker made of brass which had a holographic image of a rainbow unicorn on the top side. It was fabulous and could have killed a child. Good times.

Just thought i point you to a game that has a transgender woman in it. The game is Technobabylon , if you didn't know it exits , is understandable as it is a point and click game. There is a dialog tree in which max tell's you she used to be a man. Full disclosure out of all the segments you only play one part with her and that is investigating a crime scene. On a side not i know you're a fan of skeletor , if you type skeletor dance, there is a clip of skeletor and if you select the first clip it a clip of he-man and skeletor doing a slow dance to The Time of My Life.

Jim, have you ever consider hiring free lancers to write review for your website? Since as it is now, other than the rare editorial, most of the post are podcast with the weekly jimquistion and occasional jimpressions. Also, question 2, I was looking at written reviews and many of them are gone, is there any other way to get them back? Since I remember that there were quite a number of review including one where you hired someone who had his review modified during the bash game story. The rest of the post are about why i feel that there is a need for more type of content on the Jimquisition site: As most of them are videos, so for me, the Jimquisition site looks more like a collection of your video then a site to visit or to check out frequently. In my case, i just check out the site once a week just to see what podcast are up but even then, with people on reddit posting links about the new Podquisition / Movie Boys/ Boston Favourite Son, there is less of a need to visit the site.

Even 5% tax increase/add would mean a lot if the company makes billlions (but ofc. not enough). Why do you never have guests on Podquisition anymore?

You're given a briefcase full of money and told it has to be spent on creating a new comic-book series, what would you create? (Mysterio is allowed to appear in it as a guest, to get that out of the way) A solo hero with particular powers like The Spidered-Man? Maybe a team-concept like The X-Men? Every new console generation seems to bring longer staff rolls at the end of games, higher expectations of returns on investment from executives and investors, and expects more from players in investment of time, money, and commitment. At the same time, the average player (who has the money for these hunks of silicon, plastic, and metal) continues to age, and where their recreational time isn't diminishing, it's competed for by streaming media and mobile gaming that makes less demands of their time and money, among other pursuits. I want to thank you for being so open about yoir mental health issues. It helps to reduce stigma and it's provided me with some comfort when I've felt down to hear someone who comes across as so self-confident struggles with some of the same issues I have (the fun duo of social anxiety and depression).
