He'll post up a post locked down to Patrons-Only when that time comes.

I'm sorry to ask but where do we post our questions for the next Asking Sterling?

gearbox published we happy few. lol remeber battle born!

"I've travelled to Japan and done weird stuff there..." - Jim Sterling, aka The Living Personification of a Ryū Murakami novel (2019) Man, The Last Train! I'd almost forgotten about that series. I'll be honest I remember very little about it, other than the fact that a big black cat shows up in one of the episodes. Funnily enough the last issue of the Fortean Times I read had an extremely interesting article about the "golden age" of British post-apocalyptic media, noted for often being a lot grimmer and painfully realist than it's American counterparts. Sadly the last dystopian game set in England I can think of was We Happy Few, so I don't hold out much hope of seeing a proper British post-apocalypse survival game any time soon. Maybe because of Brexit it hits a little too close to reality... ;p Personally I think you really don't need to go in for the "award tiers" thing, Jim. I support (and have supported) a couple of other channels in my channel that were more along the lines of ordinary lets-play YouTubers. Whilst they were going to get my money anyway, because that scene is particularly crowded they may justifiably offer something to fans who want to stack a few more septims on the table than usual - see, I made a video games joke! Did you see it Jim? Video games.... :3 Anyway I do sincerely feel you are providing something much more important to anyone interested in gaming than the average games-related content creator does. In lieu of much mainstream media on the subject that hasn't been utterly compromised, drained of personality and just generally totally suspect - your channel is well worth funding for just being what it is. You have my money either way mate. EDIT: That question about the portrayal of homophobia and other prejudices in fictional settings was really interesting. I've been having this hankering to create a D&D setting with either a plethora of unusual takes on "standard" fantasy races, or a roster of entirely new weird ones. But more importantly a setting which despite all the speculative conflict and right/wrong axis you can conceive of, a world in which open sexuality and non-binary gender roles were the absolute norm. Unquestioned by the natives of that particular universe. Also, on the subject of Fallout New Vegas, the Legion never inspired anything in me other than the overwhelming urge to shoot the lot of them in the face. EDIT: Secret Sunday, man... x3

Thanks for the wonderful answer, Jim! I'm a huge fighting game fan, and fighting games are my favorite genre, so it's nice to know that you enjoy them too!

Damn good answers this time around.

I'm at work so I can't listen to this yet, but I just wanted to say that I love the Norris thumbnail.

What a lovely addition to my morning, Jimnius Sterlingham! Thank you!
