When a reviewer mentions slowdowns, I'm tempted to ask about the specifications of the computer they're playing on. But I also recognize to answer such a question is to invite people who are playing on over-clocked octo-core systems with dual Titan video cards and a version of Windows that Microsoft denies exists to come out of the woodwork and claim you're doing it wrong.
