A flashier title for this episode would've been "Bait & Switch" but I had to dispense with style for something that lays it all out there.
While people are having fun licking Switch cards and Breathing the Wild, your pal Jim Sterling is dealing with another - yes ANOTHER - utter chancer.
Let's see what the fun folks at STICLI Games did when they tried to accuse a critical video of trademark violation.

Brilliant.

Trademarkia shows there being no registered trademark for Airport Master, though it can be yours for the mere pittance of $199 USD. I'm not suggesting that you totally purchase the trademark, Jim, but I certainly think it would be funny if you did.

For the fps argument - when Witcher 3 drops frames and have some repairable bugs in d-toid it got 8.5 , but Zelda with massive hiches ( first the game is not 1080p , second its the first major title on the stupid Switch and cant keep up on lower resolution with stable frame) it got 10/10s. Maybe the game is godly , but dont support stupid Nintendo who are getting worse with every year.

Dogs won't eat anything that runs under 60FPS. Fact.

The indie devs like this always think that they have the right hand of god at thier side. What they do not realizsed we thank god for a good critic. That is a real power indeed.
