I've got to disagree with you on microtransactions in Destiny being a bad thing. It's game model is much closer to that of an MMO then a standard FPS, and MMO's need content. The report going around is that Activision is no longer funding work on Destiny 1, so the team can focus on finishing Destiny 2 for next fall. If Bungie pulled away its support entirely from Destiny 1, it would quickly become a dead game, and that would be hugely dissapointing for all the people (Like me) who have sunk 1000+ hours into the game. Its not a standard AAA release like Uncharted 4, and if people doing the Charleston supports the game for some more content before Destiny 2, I can get on board.
