I only first heard about this last night. As someone with no investment in this game, what-so-ever, I'd actually like to see this move tank. I've used your example from your (I think) Perfect Pasta Sauce episode, Jim, to illustrate how Overkill was savvy with their development choices to the point where the PM declared that they were profitable prior to launch. But this move, with consideration to their preceding statements from 2 years ago, is grade A shit. Although, I bet it has nothing to do with Overkill and everything to do with 505 Games, the publisher.
