Your voice sounds like it's always on the cusp of clipping, and when you speak loudly the bitrate deteriorates and major clipping occurs. I'm not sure if you need a better headset, or you need to lower the input volume of your capture, but please work on this if you can. If I could make a recommendation, I would say record yourself at a lower input volume on a separate audio channel (so you can mix it later), and when you get to the mixing, if it sounds like you're too soft you can just bring it up a bit. I think your recording volume could go down about 25%. Thanks!
