Let's just put this as his own "quirk", toying with the greedy and guilty, and somewhat helping the honest needy, as long as the price (that I think the Onyxes have little control of, btw) is paid 😁

2024-08-27 16:55:59 +0000 UTCIt's just so far we've seen the onyx father deal more or less in good faith the only people we've seen him actively ruin are those with malicious intent towards others makes me think on it has a form of morality that they have to work with him due to their own biological / magical restraints that's just a theory though lol

A fake pastor endlessly wandering the desert. For each instance where it seems fair there will be ten more where he's letting people fall for their own desires that of course can't be paid for.
