Changes to the 10 dollar tier

Previously it was supposed to be a shoutout at the end of only select audios but it honestly just makes more sense to always have the shoutout at the end. I've seen a lot of people do voice shoutouts at the end too so going forward I'll start doing that with the name screen at the end ^^ hope yall don't mind.
