The actual title I wanted was too long for patreon. I wanted the title to be the entire first paragraph so instead I had to settle for Aura of the Moon. For your first question, this is a non-lewd story, but I like mature themes so there's going to be stuff like that sprinkled throughout. Vampires are sexy. Werewolves are sexy. The relation to Quest is that the magic system is almost 1 for 1 what it would look like to have Aura/Soma/Divine stuff on earth in Quest. Other than that, this can be considered to take place in a different world

Now I've been REBORN and will live life differently, fixing my past mistakes!" Which of course we patrons would lovingly refer to as "Holy Knight Rebirth" which would then go on to become the common name for it once the anime adaptation rolls around. XD Ok, longwinded joke aside, this was really good! I especially like how Ayla considers the princes products of their environment and not just inherently evil (though how much of their sociopathy was molded by the court and how much was innate is yet to be seen). Though it seems a pity that, with the choices Ayla has made, best boy Salem won't be a major part of the story. A couple questions: Is this going to be a non-lewd story out of curiosity? Inbefore jokes about me being impatient when 3 chapters pass without anyone getting laid. XD I don't actually mind if it's lewd or not, I'm pretty invested in how you write character interaction at this point. I was just curious what to expect as the story continued. Other question was: Is this related to Quest at all? Concepts like Aura and Soma get mentioned, so I was curious if this was canon to the same universe, or if it was just a stylistic touch on your part to write magic/power systems this way.

2024-01-14 21:34:08 +0000 UTCOh I really hope you continue with this one. Might be crappy of me to say but this is the first of your works that I am truly interested in from a pure story perspective. Peggy sue as a trope is a guilty pleasure to me and it was done wonderfully here. Excited to see how it goes for Ayla and her guilt ridden self!
