I usually watch a lot of large penetration videos, and I've always wondered how the intestines move when inserting such large and long things into the body.
So taking advantage of the MMD cloth simulator I created an arrangement to use the cloth sim to move the intestines, I think the final result looks very good and gives a pretty clear idea of how the insides move when making large insertions.

私は普段から大きな挿入物のビデオをよく観ますが、あんなに大きくて長いものを体内に挿入すると腸がどう動くのか、ずっと不思議に思っていました。
そこで、MMD 布シミュレーターを利用して、布シミュレーターで腸を動かす設定を作成しました。最終結果は非常に良好で、大きな挿入を行うときに内部がどのようにかき混ぜられるかについてかなり明確なアイデアが得られると思います。
