Sorry for late.
Unzip the folder to SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\DarkestDungeon\mods and then enable the mod in the game.
The pregnant version is not included in this skin, it is for the Shambler Class. But I have packed them in the PNG archive so you can check them out first.
