Rescheduling AMA Stream Because Comcast is the Worst Company in America

I unfortunately have to reschedule the livestream tonight because my Internet connection is too slow. I've already spent 12 hours this week talking to Comcast customer service and I don't know what else to do. Talk to them some more I guess! π©
When I get it figured out (or see if I can get unlimited hotspot from Verizon???) I will reschedule the stream.

I had a really weird outage involving the guy in the unit below me and I had to heavily lean on them but I got it fixed in three weeks after calling every day, taking names and generally being insistent and pushing them as pleasantly as possible. Best of luck. Iβll light a candle for you.

They have basically a giant WiFi antenna on a skyscraper downtown that will beam a dedicated signal to your house. Might be worth an email to check if you have line of sight with their tower!

Except it's only unlimited up to 15GB and then it drops your speed to like 300kb/s. I ended up getting with their corporate special support and he took care of it, if you'd like the guys number DM me.
