Debating Blaire White Tomorrow

Hi all,

If you follow me on Twitter you may have already seen that I've agreed to debate Blaire White in a live stream tomorrow at 8pm Eastern Time. It's a decision I agonized a lot over as I consider Blaire an intellectually dishonest bully. Not only that, it will mean putting myself in front of her intensely hostile, transphobic audience (in her stream with Laci Green the chat was overrun with swastikas). And worst of all, this will be on her channel, so she will make money from it. All of these are strong reasons not to debate her. However, one thing has made me decide to go through with this anyway, and that's that I think there's a real chance she will come out of this debate looking very bad. It's not 100% of course, I could fuck up, and there's a definite possibility that this will turn out to be a huge mistake on my part. But I've decided to take the wager, and I hope you'll understand why.

Also, I want to add that I've found Blaire to be very bad at taking criticism in the past. She's deleted almost everything she's ever tweeted at me. There is therefore a chance that, if things don't go well for her, she won't post the recorded stream on her channel. So, it would be good if a couple of you who are up for watching the stream (and I completely understand if you are not) could record it. Because if she does badly and deletes the stream, *I* will post it on my channel.
