Progress report

Almost forgot to write one of those this month, so let's quickly go over some of the things.

The new update 0.90 is being worked on. Why not 0.88 or 0.89? Simple. It looks cooler.

We've released some small updates to 0.87 in paralel to that, but those were mostly bugfixes and small changes.

What can you look forward to in the new update?

There's of course the things that won the last poll:

Those are pretty self explanatory.

Let's go through some stuff that wasn't in the last poll that's in the works/planned in the new update:

• Cooking minigame - A new rhythm minigame with some banger songs. We still have to fully figure out how to combine it nicely into the game loop. This might have to include a rework of the food system in general, but it should be interesting.

• Status app - Will include information about your sexbot and ability to change some settings.

• More clothes - I would like to include some kind of a dress to allow it being used by mods. That'd add A LOT of possibilities for the modders.

• More hairstyles - Pretty self explanatory. While the mods add a lot of those the modded ones are have significantly simplified physics. Base game definitely needs more than one. It also wouldn't be too hard to make them parametric, as in allow the control of for example length with sliders to some extent. I think that would be very cool.

• Balance the stocks - This might be a pretty controversial, so it needs more planning. The stocks right now are quite overpowered. I definitely wouldn't want to completely nerf them to the ground, but I think making the minigame a bit more complex and risky should be for the best. Fun fact from game's development: The stock minigame was originally made in like 2 days and it stayed pretty much the same since then.

• More story - This one is also self explanatory. The story will be moved forward as with every update. Look forward to some new interesting lore. For example the story of the mysterious' organization that contacted you by email will be expanded.

So there's quite a lot of things coming in the new update.

As for when the update will be done. It's hard to say. While the things that won the last poll definitely will take less time to implement compared to previous updates there's a bunch of other things we'd like to include might take some time. For now the release date is TBA.

We also have one cool thing to announce, but that's for tomorrow. Look forward to it!
