health update

today I had another doctors appointment, after 7 months of big struggles we still don’t know what is wrong with my health. at least today we made progress and it no longer is: “your values are normal there is nothing wrong with you”

so suddenly in the beginning of October my health took a big hit, I could no longer breath normally or do anything for multiple hours. I thought I had covid, but at the doctor I tested negative for everything, including the flu and colds. their conclusion was: allergic asthma. for a few weeks I took the medicine and actually felt way better, but it never fully went away. so I had to wait 5 months for an asthma test where the results were that I had no asthma -.-

2 more months of waiting and I had to do an endurance test. asthma was no officially ruled out, but it might actually be my heart instead. I only have about 75% endurance of a average person my age etc, my heart races to quickly and so I get exhausted through even minor tasks. for now there will be more waiting for more appointments to come. yet I feel more hopeful and less helpless then I have for the past 7 months, as maybe soon we will finally find out what it is.
