50s AU? Marissa & Don Concept

Maybe it's a dream sequence? Idk. But it may be fun to revisit more in the future XD

Working name is Republic of Smjena (pronounced Smie-ena), or just Smjena for short, and the way I've conceptualized is that the republic took after it's native population in a lot of ways, who had a fairly egalitarian society, and that's part of what attracted people to immigrate there. There may have been some influence with all those people from round the world, including the states coming in though. (I came up with a LOT of extra lore as to the nation's history when thinking up where shrinking powers came from and the shrinking pill situation lol. I probs won't ever show most of it, but it's nice to play with in mind.)
