Working out and thinking about size scenarios would make it so much more difficult.... even more if you are trying to hold up a foot thats increasing in pressure every few reps

Especially the "help with fitness" excuses because they get the benefits of working out and being tiny (and possibly squished) by someone bigger. Im sure its fun for the big people too and both may get "benefits" at the end of the day >w>
