Which Commissioner item concept should we make?

Every other week Commissioners nominate their favorite Commissioner-created item concepts to be voted on by Comrade tier patrons and up. Now we need your help to determine which concepts will make it into our lineup as an official Dungeon Strugglers item.
Which of these item concepts should make the cut?
Ring of the Pedant - This ring grants the wearer proficiency in Intelligence-based skills. When making an Intelligence skill check, the wearer must make up an answer as if they had succeeded, even if it leads their companions into harm's way.
Coat of the Chameleon - A color-changing coat that grants bards extra stealth and climbing capabilities, as well as a use for their bardic inspiration to protect against fire or cold damage.
Demon's Fang Dagger - A cursed dagger made from the fang of a demon. As the wielder deals additional necrotic damage, eventually a demon is unleashed that attempts to control the wielder.
Desert Wind - A greataxe that can make long range thunder attacks or split to become a longsword and shield for extra protection.
Whetstone - This common item magically sharpens your slashing or piercing weapon, granting it a bonus to damage that wears off over time.
The top two concepts will be refined, illustrated and released by us in the upcoming weeks! The next cycle of Commissioner nominations ends at 10am PST on Friday 6/25.
