Which Commissioner item concept should we make?

Every other week Commissioners nominate their favorite Commissioner-created item concepts to be voted on by Comrade tier patrons and up. Now we need your help to determine which concepts will make it into our lineup as an official Dungeon Strugglers item.
Which of these item concepts should make the cut?
Desert Wind - A greataxe that can split to become a longsword and shield for extra protection or make long range thunder attacks.
Coat of the Chameleon - A color-changing coat that grants bards extra stealth and climbing capabilities, as well as a use for their bardic inspiration to protect against fire or cold damage.
Dragon Turtle Shell - Plate armor crafted from a Dragon Turtle hatchling's shell that allows you to exhale a cone of scalding steam.
Captain's Coat - A pirate captain's coat that grants a swim speed, vicious mockery and contains hidden compartments.
Arrowpoon - Arrows fletched with fish fins made specially for underwater use.
The top two concepts will be refined, illustrated and released by us in the upcoming weeks! The next cycle of Commissioner nominations ends at 10am PST on Friday 5/21.
