Since it wouldn't let me have the description not locked behind the paywall here's what the post says minus the game files:
The Amican Dream is a 2D pixel art game about a feeder couple who follows their dream of opening up a restaurant and causing a town's obesity rate to sky rocket. You play as Sara. The spunky, deviant, feeder now turned waitress. Serve your husband's special Fattening food to customers, buy upgrades for the diner, and watch the customers get fatter and fatter.

This is not a live service game or an eposodic like The Feedee Next Door. It is complete aside from a few quality of life updates I'm sure I'll need to make. You pay the flat rate and you get the game. No monthly subscription.
Still want to do more of these in the future. If this whole selling on Patreon thing works out maybe I still will.
