I realized as soon as i stopped recording the bilboard thing was a con and thats why he was hiding it from Chuck. The dap, "took you long enough" i didn;t see it initially but its obvious now lol

**Edit I just seen the description lol you got it He hid it from Chuck because he knows exactly who he is. Jimmy is a con artist they established it in the beginning of the episode with the fat guy and the wallet. The billboard stunt was a play, thats why the guy said "took you long enough". Now Chuck know he didn't get the new clients through hard work.
