2025-06-27 17:00:18 +0000 UTC[SPOILER FREE] Brago if you're still confused about some stuff in ep 1: Okabe is sort of a paranoid time travel obsessed wacko who believes there's a nefarious "organization" trying to hunt him down for his self proclaimed "genius inventions." His friends kinda just hanging out with him for fun, and don't really take the time travel stuff serious. the weird stuff in the beginning is meant to be confusing and you wont have much context right now so feel free to theorize away.
