I am pleased to bring you another Illustration Support Pack, which includes [10] item illustrations, [4] landscape scenes and [8] NPC Portraits & Tokens.

Item Illustrations

This month's item illustrations are designed to pair with the Golden Dragon Monastery Map Pack released earlier this month, providing a wide selection of monk-based items. The items feature a variety of options for both combat and utility needs to fit your narrative and the needs of your party.

The item illustrations were done by Steven Bell.

I particularly enjoyed the Mantle of the Scaled Soul, a Wondrous Item, Rare (Requires Attunement), which is a hooded cloak of golden shimmering scales. The cloak is warm to the touch and grants the wearer resistance to fire damage and ignores difficult terrain created by extreme temperatures such as lava floes. Once per long rest, you can invoke the Gold Dragon and cast Dragon's Breath (fire only), Until the spell ends, the wearer can use an action to exhale energy of the chosen type in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d6 fire damage or half the damage on a successful save.

This month's portrait and token illustrations were done with certain NPC's from the Rime of the Frost Maiden module in mind, though they could certainly be used for any characters in your homebrew or custom game world.
