They've both become surrogates so they can piss off Stan. It's based around one of the episodes where Francine becomes a surrogate in the show.

Originally this concept was supposed to be a Commission but I had already began the process of the sketch before it was pitched. I wanted to draw more of the McFarlane style and couldn't help myself. Beginning a series of Cartoons Moms and Daughters and iconic Milfs to transform into beautiful breeders.

Thanks Marcus. My friend helped and convinced me that technically these are all still canon because they do become surrogates. She just goes hilariously overboard.
