This tutorial covers separating the main sim mesh into different parts (skin, hair, clothes, etc.) and fixing the overlapping texture issues.

- To extract .zip and .rar files these are some of the programs you can use - Winrar, Winzip, 7-Zip , or even the default Windows 10/Mac extractor. In this video, I'm using Winrar.

Notes:
Whew... I wasn't expecting this part to be this long- Anywho, separating the mesh is optional, you don't have to do it to fix the overlapping textures. I like to do it because it's much easier for me to edit the sim this way. If you don't want to separate the mesh, you can select the vertices of the clothing/hair/etc. that needs to be fixed and replace the material of the selected vertices.
