The Simdulgence penis looks better, but it's not quite compatible with some animations; for example, the penis might be too short for the animation unless you use an extra large variant, or it might bend in an odd way.

2022-12-09 17:25:03 +0000 UTCYes, those are the most famous and free, but after the recent update that add: butt, vagina and anus bones, most of them are broken. 😔 I personally always used the default one, since is the most standard that fits with other. While Pornstar cock are mostly huge cock for example. The only problem with the default one is that isn't detailed like others, otherwise should be always the first choice. You can also install them and decide that some sims have a specific penis if you like variation.
