Exctract ALL files inside the archive into sims4 mods folder and overwrite everything when asked.
The HugeSuck animations require a bigpenis, I used the Pornstarcock HUGE you could try with something else and I really appreciate if you post some screenshot on Discord so I will see with which penis is compatible too! ❤️
