I think its a very hot scenario you got the 3 college folks having fun below and the more reserved/loser sim up top pretending not to wanna be part of whats going on right below them. Works well with male or female sims too, I think you will come up with lots of fun and unique stuff for the location!

Maybe for a bunkbed sequence in the future you can put a sim on the top bunk alone while their roommate is having sex below. Maybe have them masterbating and or looking down once in a while to see them having sex. Another fun scenario would be to have the sims having sex at the top or bottom and after the sim finishes they can swap to the roommate in the other bunk and have a go with them while the other is passed out. The bunkbed has a lot of potential I just don't know the limitations with it.
