Shiro the Shibe
Added 2021-09-02 23:07:13 +0000 UTCBeen meaning to do this for a while now, but I thought I'd make a ref thing of the star of the Retrowave Doggo print I'll be working on retouching, as well as other similar merch later this month!
Their name is Shiro (a name I totally didn't yoink from Naruto) and they're a shibe/shiba inu that lives in California and loves the beach, skateboarding, In-N-Out, and 80s aesthetic/retrowave stuff! I changed a few things with their design like the head but nothing too drastic cause I want this character to be as close as a shibe as possible, especially since Shiro isn't necessarily a sona or character I'd have a strong emotional connection to; they're mostly just like a mascot of sorts that you'll be seeing in a few merch!
This was also good practice for me getting used to my new screen/display tablet cause let me tell you, it definitely took me literally all day yesterday getting used to it, especially after using traditional non-screen tablets for years LOL
