Soggiorno a Roma

Ultima parte di questo set di Enrico Burani!

Devo dire che ho penato tanto per trovare una buona location a Roma! Ero un po' disperata😂 Anche perché era la mia prima volta a Roma, ma alla fine è andato tutto benissimo e la casa era davvero bella (anche se buia).

Ho passato circa 5 giorni lì dentro, studiando ogni movimento della luce naturale, angolo e riflesso. Il mio scenario preferito era durante la tarda mattina, quando, essendo un piano terra, le inferriate delle finestre si disegnavano sulle alte mura della casa.

C'era poca luce, e solo in determinati momenti del giorno, ma era davvero meravigliosa! Un contrasto così forte: mentre fuori a Roma durante Settembre, la gente passeggiava accaldata sotto un sole ancora estivo, io me ne stavo nella penombra a godermi queste leggere carezze di luce, che riuscivano a mala pena a sfiorarmi, e con un bianco e nero, mi ricoprivano di argento. 

Enrico è stato bravo, nonostante le difficili condizioni di luce, a tirar fuori la naturalezza del  mio girovagare per la casa in solitudine coi miei pensieri nella densa penombra.

Inoltre vi spoilero già che la casa era piena di specchi, e come ben potete immaginare, ho dato sfogo al mio egocentrismo scattando qualche ritratto, li vedrete questo finesettimana!

I have to say that I struggled so much to find a good location in Rome! I was a bit desperate😂 Also because it was my first time in Rome, but in the end everything went very well and the house was really nice (even if dark).

I spent about 5 days in there, studying every movement of the natural light, angle and reflection. My favorite scenario was during the late morning, when, being a ground floor, the window bars were drawn on the high walls of the house.

There was just a little light, and only at certain times of the day, but it was truly wonderful! 

Such a strong contrast: while outside in Rome during September, people were walking under a still summer sun, I was standing in the half-light enjoying these delicate caresses of light, which could barely touch me, and with a black and white , they covered me with silver.

Enrico was good, despite the difficult light conditions, at bringing out the naturalness of my wandering around the house in solitude with my thoughts in the dense half-light.
