Fall from the bed

Non so se si dice anche in altri paesi o persino altre regioni d'Italia, penso faccia parte del dialetto fiorentino, fatto sta che i miei genitori lo utilizzano spesso per dire in maniera gergale che ci si è alzati presto!
Comunque tutto ciò per dire che si, oggi sono letteralmente caduta giù dal letto.

"Did you fall out of bed?"
I don't know if it is also said in other countries or even other regions of Italy, I think it is part of the Florentine dialect, the fact is that my parents often use it to say in a jargon that we got up early!
Anyway all that to say yes, today I literally fell out of bed.
