Hope your week has been full of fun, focus, and an attempt to expand your mind by educating yourself on different perspectives of the BLM movement, and other social injustices in the world. I have been trying to find the balance between being active in the community while also trying to maintain a healthy method of escapism. I created with Synergy Studios again this week, another wonderful POC creative who I’ve made magic with a few times in the past, and I’m excited to share more from our shoot soon!
In the meantime, here is a lovely avant-garde gallery photographed by Dara, another amazing POC woman who creates thought provoking art. It’s a bit of an abstract twist this gallery ended up portraying. Three women, posing not in, but around some vintage slip dresses as if they were curtains. What message do you potentially feel that sends?
Art is multidimensional, just like the people who create it.
