Facing the 3D.
Added 2023-08-16 16:05:43 +0000 UTCWhen it comes to facing the 3D, your circumstances, routines, everyday life and recurring struggles; everything becomes ten times more unbearable when you learn that you can change it all, while being super impatient and confused when it comes to seeing results. You allow yourself to “dream” a little, make your dreams come true, get your desires and all, mentally preparing for the best, but seeing the “worst” AKA your usual, everyday life and finding it way more irritating than usual. Why is that? Why is this phenomenon so common?
While you can, without a doubt, manifest your desires instantly; it is challenging.
I want to convey a crucial message that revolves around psychology and its intricacies. It's a message that encourages you not to succumb to the fear of acknowledging situations that might present themselves as intricate or challenging. Often, we find ourselves hesitant to admit when things aren't going as smoothly as we'd like, as if doing so somehow limits our capabilities or reflects negatively on our manifestations and life in general. However, delving into the depths of psychology reveals a profound truth, one that illuminates the path towards personal growth and transformation. Recognizing and openly admitting when you encounter difficulties is not a sign of weakness, but rather a display of strength and self-awareness. It's a conscious choice to confront the obstacles that may be hindering your progress and preventing you from reaching your full potential. This phenomenon aligns with the principle of cognitive dissonance. This theory suggests that when there's a disparity between our beliefs and actions, we experience a sense of discomfort or dissonance. You expect instant results while affirming the opposite of what you want, and then you freak out a little and assume none of your dreams will ever come true, it’s a bit dramatic, but very understandable. By acknowledging and addressing the challenges you face, you actively engage in a process of aligning your beliefs and actions, here, thinking as if, thereby reducing cognitive dissonance and promoting a harmonious internal state. Furthermore, understanding the psychological concept of "reframing" can shed even more light on this matter. Reframing involves altering the way we perceive and interpret situations, thereby influencing our emotional responses and dominant thoughts. By openly admitting when things are tricky, you're essentially reframing your perspective, transforming a potential source of stress or anxiety into an opportunity for growth and self-improvement. In essence, the psychology behind embracing challenges and admitting struggles is a testament to your commitment to personal development. It's an act of courage that paves the way for transformative change. By reframing your approach and aligning your beliefs and conscious choices, you embark on a journey towards greater self-understanding, resilience, and ultimately, success. So, I implore you not to shy away from these moments but to embrace them wholeheartedly, for they are stepping stones on the path to becoming the best version of yourself.
I hold the belief that gaining precise insights into the factors that impede your progress, along with a deep understanding of how and why they do so, represents a highly effective – if not the sole – pathway to attaining complete mastery over conscious manifestations. It's not that I dismiss the potential for manifesting without this awareness; indeed, it is within our inherent nature to manifest. However, when pursued without a comprehensive comprehension, the outcomes tend to be inconsistent. After all, if you lack clarity on the reasons behind the absence of desired results, how can you expect to achieve those results in a reliable manner? The world we experience is really just a reflection of what we habitually think about. When you take a closer look at your prevailing thoughts, both the positive and negative ones, you'll notice that they directly shape what you perceive around you. This is a little all over the place, but the main point is that manifesting your desires is just you thinking thoughts that state that you have what you want. If you do the opposite, you don’t get results; because you said so. If you say something else, you get something else; because you said so. Now when it comes to the 3D, the life you see and experience, it is and it feels real. Your life is valuable, and so it is important, you think about it all the time! Whether it’s about yourself, other people, your surroundings, your goals, your loved ones, your crush, etc, the possibilities are never ending, and so are your dominant thoughts on each topic! When you experience life everyday, you think a lot; you make conscious decisions, have inner dialogues and visualize or think deeply about things that are important to you. That importance depends on you, and that importance influences your dominant thoughts regarding that certain topic. When it comes to the concept of manifesting your desires, it boils down to your thoughts. The idea is to cultivate a mindset where you naturally think you already possess what you're aiming for, like building a habit. Conversely, if you let negativity and doubt cloud your thoughts, it's no wonder the results don't pan out – you've unintentionally set the stage for disappointment. But, and here's the exciting part, when you recalibrate your thoughts and focus on the positive, you'd be amazed at how quickly things can shift in your favor. The 3D is only a reflection of your dominant thoughts, and that you just cannot deny. When you look inwards and observe your dominant thoughts, both positive and negative; they directly reflect what you see. Someone who lives in New York is not going to wake up one day and think that they live in Paris for example. If you’ve been struggling with money for years, you’re not gonna wake up and start thinking as if you’re rich randomly; because you don’t think you are! The 3D is nothing to be afraid of, you should not be bracing for impact when it comes to the 3D because you do have control over it. Bracing for impact implies possible struggles and hardships during your journey, in your own reality! It doesn’t make any sense! You literally always have a way out, nothing is set in stone no matter what you see, hear or believe to be factual; you can still make a conscious effort in order to see and experience whatever you want. Our external circumstances mirror our dominant thoughts and assumptions, by altering our mental landscape, we can manifest changes in our lives. However, this approach often fixates on the external, material world as the ultimate measure of success and fulfillment, which makes the inner, conscious effort a bit boring. The truth is that having a positive mindset has to improve your life any way, so you don’t really have anything to lose, you get results and simultaneously feel better about yourself. Embracing the idea of dismissing what you do not want to identify with or as in the 3D encourages a shift towards a more profound understanding of the relationship between our inner world and external reality, and so patterns start to show and the 3D seems like a very easy game; and you always win. Not giving importance to things you do not like in the 3D implies moving beyond the notion that our reality is solely bound by the visible and measurable. It encourages us to explore the potential of the unseen, the unmeasurable, and the intangible, recognizing that our dominant thoughts are potent catalysts for change. Life is very much real, and so are your experiences; the 3D is just another way of saying life, your external perception of life in general, your everyday life.
