Why emotions do not manifest.

Alright, let's address the elephant in the room - emotions. We've all struggled with them at some point in our journey, and it's high time we had an honest conversation about it. So, buckle up, because I'm about to go beyond the familiar "Emotions do not manifest" and explain why trying to suppress your feelings for the sake of results is downright harmful. The complete opposite of what actually benefits you.

First off, let's call out this whole "toxic positivity" trend that's been spreading like wildfire. You know what I'm talking about - those cheesy quotes telling you to plaster a smile on your face and stay positive if you want your dreams to come true, to manifest quickly and easily. Let's be real here, those quotes are corny, ineffective, and make most of us roll our eyes so hard we see the back of our heads. They just don't resonate or offer any real value because, well, they're flat out wrong. Anyone who has the audacity to claim otherwise does not know a thing about manifestation, and is actually just winging it and sharing whatever they think makes sense, it’s silly. I will shed light on the psychological harm caused by attempting to suppress our emotions in pursuit of desired outcomes. Brace yourself for a comprehensive exploration of this topic.

But this issue goes way beyond just manifesting stuff. It's about embracing our emotions and giving them the attention they deserve. Validate your own emotions. I know it sounds a bit corny too, but hear me out. This lack of emotional intelligence leads us to make decisions that we would never consider under different circumstances. Consequently, we find ourselves plagued by remorse for our actions, trapped in an endless cycle of confusion and self-loathing. When you don't validate your own feelings, you're basically sabotaging yourself. You end up not understanding your emotions or having the necessary tools to deal with them. And guess what? Like I said, that leads to making decisions you'd never make if you were in a better headspace. Cue the regret and the endless cycle of confusion and self-loathing. Not fun.

And let me tell you, those self-loathing thoughts eventually mess with your whole identity, your thought process, and your daily autopilot mode. It's like a wild rampage where you're constantly beating yourself up for not being "positive" enough. Frankly, it's a one-way ticket to an unhealthy state of mind. An unhealthy state of mind in this context will lead you to have thoughts that completely destroy your self concept, now you’re “too negative” and you blame yourself for being “too negative” which is just more negativity; it is an endless cycle.

So, what's the alternative? Well, it's time to flip the script. Instead of suppressing your emotions, it's crucial to validate and embrace them. I'm not saying you should wallow in negativity forever, but give yourself permission to feel the full range of emotions. Understand why you’re feeling such emotions, keep in mind that emotions like anger are actually blanket emotions, why are you angry? Why are you sad? Whatever your reasons are, they are valid and you have the right to acknowledge that and understand how to deal with them in a healthy way.  It's through this process that you gain self-awareness and a deeper understanding of yourself, you can now comfortably sit with your emotions and the thoughts that come with them without either acting irrationally or going into a rampage up there; making it easier to stay focused on the positive side of things, including your new story! Your emotions are not setbacks!. And let me tell you, that self-validation is pure gold. It empowers you to make conscious decisions based on what you truly want and need, including your desires.

Now, let's be clear - accepting your emotions doesn't mean you're giving in to despair or becoming a Debbie Downer. It's about being real with yourself, showing self-compassion, and allowing growth and healing to take place. Like I say, manifestation is about being both self compassionate and self reflective. You feel your feelings, let your emotions pass and flow through you  and pick yourself up.  So, let's ditch the emotional suppression game and create a culture that embraces emotional validation and acceptance. Trust me, it's the path to a more authentic and fulfilling journey.

In a nutshell, trying to stifle your emotions and forcing yourself to stay positive at all costs is a recipe for disaster. It messes with your mental well-being, perpetuates self-loathing, and keeps you from living your truth. So, let's break free from this harmful cycle and start honoring our emotions. It's time to navigate our journey with open hearts and minds, embracing the full spectrum of human experience.

Now, let's dive into the realm of the absurd for a moment. Have you ever entertained the idea that your subconscious mind sits there and goes, "Nope, sorry, no clear skin for you because you didn't sound positive enough! And oh, you're feeling down? Forget about it." Seriously, think about how utterly confusing and nonsensical that sounds. Yet, astonishingly, there are individuals out there who are so lost and bewildered that they're willing to accept anything as true.

Let's unravel this puzzling notion a bit further. The belief that you have to constantly maintain a positive outlook while simultaneously suppressing any negative emotions is not only baffling, but it also defies all logic. I mean, seriously, how can it be that negative emotions manifest instantly while positive ones require an elaborate ritual of positive thinking? It just doesn't add up.

The confusion arises from the fact that this concept lacks any coherent foundation. It's like building a house on a foundation of sand - it's bound to crumble. And yet, some individuals find themselves grasping at straws, desperately searching for answers in this convoluted mess.

But here's the truth: emotions are not these mystical entities that operate on a whim, granting or denying our desires based on our perceived level of positivity. Emotions are natural responses to our experiences and circumstances. They serve as valuable indicators of our needs, desires, and overall well-being. Suppressing or invalidating them only leads to further confusion and disconnection from our true selves.

It's important to recognize that embracing a range of emotions, both positive and negative, is an integral part of the human experience. It's through this acceptance that we gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us. We're able to navigate life with authenticity and clarity, making conscious choices that are aligned with our true desires (persisting in your new story).

As I've emphasized time and time again, our dominant thoughts play a significant role in shaping our reality. The thoughts we consistently focus on and persist in have a profound impact on the experiences we attract into our lives. It's important to recognize that our thoughts are not mere fleeting mental activities. They hold power and influence over our perceptions and outcomes. When we constantly dwell on a particular thought or belief, it becomes a dominant thought—a thought that takes center stage in our mental landscape. These dominant thoughts become the foundation upon which our reality is constructed.

Consider this: when we repeatedly focus on a specific subject, our mind begins to assign significance to it. It's like shining a spotlight on that aspect of our lives, making it more prominent and noticeable. As a result, our attention and awareness gravitate towards experiences and opportunities related to that particular subject. It's not magic or some mysterious force; it's simply a shift in our perception and focus.

However, it's essential to understand that dominant thoughts are not limited to positive or negative thinking alone. They encompass the overall patterns of our thoughts, reactions and beliefs (self concept). It's the prevailing themes and tendencies in our thinking that shape the direction of our manifestations. So, it's crucial to cultivate awareness of our dominant thoughts and consciously align them with what we genuinely desire, flip the script.

Now, here's a key point: aligning our dominant thoughts with our intentions goes beyond mere wishful thinking. It requires consistent effort, belief, and inspired action. While our thoughts lay the foundation for manifestation, it's our continued alignment and intentional steps that propel us towards the realization of our desires. Did I ever mention emotions? No, because they do not manifest. You might feel like everything goes wrong when you’re feeling down, but that is because your perception of things is heavily influenced by your state of mind which is the actual reason why you should not suppress your emotions and allow yourself to acknowledge and validate them instead, letting them pass and not making decisions or forming thoughts based on temporary states of mind.

Love it! 💗 We incarnate to Earth School to go through the highs and lows as a way to shape our soul and eventually move to a perfectly ascended state. The true magic occurs when you elevate your game enough to become the observer. Feel and acknowledge the emotions, but recognize they are temporary and do not define who you are as a human! I am 50 years old and have been a spiritual healer since childhood. As an extreme empath, setting these boundaries and becoming the observer saved me! Now I have wonderful sub/frequency content creators like yourself to assist ! So powerful and clearly a very important part of the ascension journey we are on! Cheers and make it a magical day! 👼

Let me tell you how true this is! And how valuable emotions are! I went through severe trauma and dissociated. I supressed it so much, scared I would manifest more .I was so overwhelmed! After a year of anxiety I went to do neurofeedback which triggered my brain into shutting down my emotions entirely. No pain, no fear, no joy, no love, no desire, no memory or focus… Like emotional shut down. I feel like I don’t care about anything and I’m breathing but already dead. Its probably a self protect mechanism. I am trying to manifest my emotions and brain back… It’s hard to find subliminals on this topic, but being connected to your emotions is a blessing. Treasure it
