“BIG” MANIFESTATIONS ≠ HARD WORK
Added 2023-05-13 00:51:44 +0000 UTCThis article is very much needed to say the least, it is only natural for us to link effort to big things, big achievements, big goals, milestones; it is our immediate reaction.
“You need to work hard!” “It takes time and effort!” “You need to grind!” “Hard work is the formula for success!” “You have to work for it!” It’s all so silly, to be completely honest. I mean, if you believe that achieving something requires time and effort, then guess what? It's probably going to take time and effort! It's like a self-fulfilling prophecy. We set these rules for ourselves or just go along with what others tell us, and then we end up experiencing exactly what we've accepted as the truth. It all begins from within, no doubt about that, but external factors also have a significant influence. People would look at you weird if you disregarded the “ importance” of hard work, and that is simply because it's a widely accepted idea. Many people buy into this notion and, as a result, they experience situations that reinforce their beliefs. But isn't that familiar?
No matter what, you end up living out what you constantly tell yourself. It's right there in front of you every single day. That's why I want you to take a moment to sit with your thoughts (I know, it can be scary). Just observe them without getting caught up in them, and you'll start noticing how they directly relate to your actual experiences and recurring patterns.
Some might argue, "Well, certain things happened to me, so obviously my thoughts reflect that." But the truth is, your thoughts come before the experiences you have. Whether your beliefs and thought patterns originated externally or not, they play a role in shaping and developing your assumptions about things. Even overarching thoughts have an effect, in case you're feeling a bit confused.
Let's say you believe you're unlucky, and then on the same day, you step out and slip in a puddle, only to have a bird poop on you. Sure, you didn't specifically affirm those things, but you did hold the belief that you were unlucky. And so, you attract situations that support that very idea. In essence, your internal dialogue and mindset intertwine with external events. They influence how you perceive and interpret the world around you, which, in turn, affects the situations you find yourself in. So, it's crucial to be aware of the thoughts you entertain and the beliefs you hold. By consciously examining and challenging them, you can shape a narrative that literally aligns with your desired experiences and outcomes.
This issue poses one of the most, if not the most, significant challenges when it comes to consciously manifesting our desires. It may appear deceptively easy to make our dreams a reality, leading people to grasp onto various inexplicable methods just to avoid confronting inner conflicts. In the process, they end up complicating things for themselves. It's like a field of self-sabotage fueled by negativity and instinctive bias – a very normal occurrence.
Here's the thing: there is absolutely nothing wrong with you. In fact, we're all in this together! Most, if not all of us, have grown up with the deeply ingrained belief that sacrifice is necessary for success. The idea of grinding and working relentlessly to climb the ladder has been etched into our minds. So, when we discover that it can actually be effortless, it shatters our entire perception of reality. No wonder you find it difficult and challenging, to say the least. I can relate, and I'm sure many others can too.
Breaking free from autopilot mode and sitting down to observe our thoughts is incredibly tough. Our attention spans have been severely shortened, and our minds naturally crave quick hits of dopamine, urging us to do anything other than engage in introspection. It may sound silly, but we all experience it. In my previous article, I touched on the concept of urge surfing, which relates to this. You'll feel the urge to stop affirming or listening to your playlist because your mind grows bored and conjures up all sorts of excuses. It does this not only to maintain consistency with the old story it favors but also to seek that dopamine rush.
This is where psychology comes into play. Understanding our brain's natural tendencies, the dopamine-seeking behavior, and the resistance to change can help us navigate through these challenges. It's important to acknowledge that our minds are wired for instant gratification, and overcoming that wiring requires patience and persistence. By incorporating psychological principles and strategies into our journey of conscious manifestation, we can gradually rewire our thought patterns and cultivate a mindset that supports our desired outcomes.
So, let's remember that this struggle is a common one. It's not just you; we're all grappling with it. The key is to have compassion for ourselves and each other as we navigate the complexities of rewiring our thoughts and beliefs
In short, I basically want you to keep in mind that it’s okay if you think it’s difficult, because it is a natural reaction; however, like I said in another article, we can be empathetic, self compassionate and self reflective simultaneously. You now have a solid grasp at how things work, why you react a certain way and what to do; without limiting yourself to what you are comfortable believing, even if it’s all you’ve known.
In this community, you'll often come across people claiming that manifesting a cup of coffee is no different from manifesting a house. And technically, they're right. It's an undeniable truth. However, the thing is, it doesn't always feel that way, and that's perfectly normal.
Let me explain. When you embark on this journey of manifestation, you're essentially trying to shift your entire perspective. You're attempting to let go of what you've been told and what you've experienced your whole life, even though it feels familiar and logical. It can be quite a challenge to accept this new way of thinking without a solid explanation as to why it makes sense.
As a result, you may find yourself building resistance to the idea. You start questioning, "Well, how does that even make sense?" This resistance stems from the lack of a clear understanding, which further complicates the process. That's why I emphasize the importance of fully grasping and comprehending this concept. As you gain a comprehensive understanding, the resistance naturally begins to dissolve, making it easier to embrace the idea that manifesting a cup of coffee or a house is literally, equally possible, no questions asked.
Remember, it's a gradual shift. You're challenging long-held beliefs and conditioning, so be patient with yourself. Allow yourself the time and space to explore and absorb the information. With a solid understanding and an open mind, you'll find that manifesting even the grandest desires becomes more accessible and achievable. Not to say it takes time, actually, first and foremost, it's important to understand that manifestation is not necessarily a time-consuming process. In fact, when you confidently declare that you already have something, that's precisely what you begin to experience in your reality. You tell yourself something, you end up experiencing it; that’s all, really. You just have to move past the natural reaction you get when you’re faced with circumstances that make you feel small. It’s so silly, you’re in your own reality, you are your own person with your own thoughts, yet, you instinctively conform to external beliefs because they feel more logical, less delusional, more certain.
It's time to break free from the shackles of societal expectations, I’m so serious. Trust yourself, take charge, and forge your own path instead of drifting on autopilot. Remember, you are a unique individual with the right to create your own rules! You can form your own thoughts!
There is something else I want to mention, it kind of aligns with what I said about not just conforming to the beliefs that come externally if they are not favorable (Hard work -> Success, for example,) Don't let someone else's words define your worth. You are not ugly, unworthy, boring, or annoying or whatever negative, random word you’ve been called or forced to believe was a part of you, simply because people said so. Those labels hold no truth, that is a fact, I am actually not trying to be uplifting at all, it is the actual truth. They are nothing more than the echoes of your subconscious, seeking out what you have accepted as reality. It's possible that you've internalized a pervasive belief, a broad umbrella notion like "I'm not as attractive as others" or "I am undeserving." These thoughts repeat in your mind, shaping your self-perception. When the world imposes rigid beauty standards—narrow, specific ideals—it's almost impossible not to entertain the initial, logical thought: "I don't fit the mold, so I must not be beautiful." This line of thinking inadvertently fuels the very belief you wish to shed. It attracts situations that validate and solidify this false belief. But here's the truth: the world seeks validation from you just as much as you seek it from the world. It's a reciprocal dance of validation or transformation and it all depends on what you do internally. You stand at a pivotal moment. You can remain on autopilot, accepting everything as an unalterable truth, or you can reclaim the reins and rewrite the script of your life. The choice is yours.
Here, you become the author of your own story. You shape a narrative that defies expectations. So, trust in yourself. Embrace the courage to choose your own path, even when it seems super easy, and dismantle the illusions that have held you captive, literally. It's time to rewrite the script, reclaim control, and navigate life on your own terms.

Hey! Nope, let’s say you’re looking at your phone for example, you have it in your hand but you’re not actively affirming “I own a phone.” does it just disappear out of thin air? The world looks at you for validation, when you get results and acknowledge that you have them; you are affirming! It will unfold naturally, you get results, think “Oh! I got results,” and your results turn into your new normal, naturally!
I want it, I got it
2023-05-19 17:36:57 +0000 UTCI also love these group coaching. Thank you for all your help. I do have a question, when using subliminals does a person have to continue listening to them to keep the results or once we get the desired results then we can stop listening or do we continue to listen for a little while longer after getting results??
